Sig Chi slightly over Bagel
Pike over Acacia for social partners, but Acacia is far better than Pike for parties
Lambda steadily improves to better than Sig Ep and ATO. All 3 are very close and solid houses
AEPi barely makes it to 3, not close to other three tier 2 houses
TKE best of tier 3 by good amount
Phi Psi actually throws down
Sig Pi has many things going for it, but party quality and quantity not good enough for tier 3
Phi Who is close to AGR but not better
FIJI edges out TDX
Similar to Acacia/Pike ruling, Chi Phi has slightly better social partners than AKL, but AKL has far better parties
Of tier 5, Pi Kapp has the most potential
Kappa Sig falls to 6
ZBT is most improved frat of the last two semesters
DKE, Skulls, Sig Tau all fell by large amount, could go back up next semester when off probation
APD has potential to jump to 6 with daylongs at Zeta Psi’s house
Most bottom tier frats could rise if they start having socials with mid tiers, but going from mid to top is far more competitive
