Pi Kapp is just the kids from Pi Lamb, which was lower mid at best. Why are they upper mid?

TKE has had a few fun daylongs and parties mainly in the second semester. They were ranked typically fairly higher in 2016 before they lost their house for a year as well. No I am not in TKE, we just have socialed with them a few times. They seem to be pretty tied with AEPI
