top tier confusion

a lot of people complaining Bout houses moving up...
dawg so many houses got booted and it benefited some houses deal with it
also:
acacia is tier 1 because they’re top 5 in everything (thon, IM, social) and have the biggest house with most brothers. they do mix with tier 2 sororitys (gphi zeta even sometimes esa) but they’re with top sororities just as often. may be lower socially than other top houses but definitively better than the houses below them
aepi and tke are tier 2 because they both earned it - aepi been throwing down and making waves and have a big strong brotherhood and tke is trying to claim their old reputation before losing house a year or two ago. tke used to be top of 2 around 2015-2016. however you won’t find tke or aepi ever at acacia/ato
