Truth is, these ranks are a bunch of crap and no chapter is going to "rise" unless another chapter gives them a chance. AXiD could have the highest GPA, raise the most money for THON and recruit a dozen Victoria's Secret models in their next pc. They won't be considered top until DChi, BSB, Sig Chi and Pike start regularly inviting them over. Nor will Lambda be considered top until they are regular pairs with KD, APhi, Pi Phi and Kappa. It doesn't matter what you do as a chapter leader. You can't change this stupid ranking nonsense. Much better to spend you time just enjoying the people you hang with and realizing that this is set up to stroke the egos of a few insecure douches.
