This is why it bothers me when people do rankings over breaks or immediately after. It’s not like anything changes during a thon spring break back to back.

I would still put them in 5, as well as keep far sig in 5 too and bump up pi kapp or dke

Looks accurate - it's looking at past year really. If you are on probo and have not a lot of socials and they have to be dry it starts to show in the rankings. Some frats just constantly self-rank and when they see an accurate one think they dropped but this is accurate.

Having to be dry for a year def keeps a fraternity from rising, but solely based on quality wouldn’t say have fallen that much.

A few frats are known to be self rankers and make so many rankings constantly that when someone else makes an accurate one it does look like you drop because that frat is always ranking higher than they should be. If you don't have that many socials in your house (and they are dry) compared to other houses who have more socials in their house and are not dry you will be lower than them,

Yes, I agree quality, standings, how you treat other frats/sororitys are all taken into consideration.
