So now the criteria for made up “top tier” is if you are going to Cabo? You all will laugh at this in 5 years. By the way the resort you are staying at is def bottom tier. We went 2 years ago and will never go back. On serious note you can drink their water at resort but don’t eat the salads. Everyone who did had bad diarrhea.
