I’m a double legacy for alpha phi. Does alpha phi value legacies here/will this increase my chances of getting a bid from them?

Not at all. Legacy status isn't give much weight. In most chapters it will get you an invite to the second round but after that, it won't advance you to getting a bid.

yeah you pretty much have a guarenteed bid as long as they think you fit in with them

No. Ive known legacies for alpha phi who didnt get bids from them. Same for a lot of the “top tiers”
