frat dues

Wondering what the annual frat dues are. I assume they vary but can you all let me know approximately the total cost. I’m thinking about living in the house too. I want to rush and pledge but have no clue if Ican afford it.

Dues are each semester which includes active brother dues ranging from 600-2000 and then social as well which could be another 300-750
