phi who is not as good as this site makes it seem

I haven't been on this site in a while but it looks like Phi who has risen quite a bit for some reason. It should be pointed out they cannot get reputable sororitys over unless they throw 8 ways in their small, ridiculously hot main floor. They live off of inviting other fraternities over and not receiving away bars back. No one in mid tiers likes going there unless its to destroy their house. Okay guys but they are above fiji and far sig at best.

this makes 0 sense, they currently have the 2nd or 3rd biggest pledge class and have consistent parties and daylongs that are better than anyone below them and some even above them. Like you have no valid argument to say this other than to start drama 😂😂
