rushing as a sophomore

so I’m not really happy w my pc I’m not vibing with the girls that much and just wanted to know what it’s like rushing as a sophomore. Is it harder? I know a lot of girls who rushed as sophomores but their whole friend groups were in a sorority together so it was super easy for them. I don’t care about tiers at all so it’s not that, I genuinely just do not like my pc. I know it’s only been 3 weeks and I need to give it more time which I’m going to do but just curious what it’s like
