Agreed. We're actually trying to stop socializing with one house because they always just show up, drink all our beer, take some photos and leave. But alas, old habits die hard. Additionally, not saying we have all the blame but it's hard for us, when some houses refuse to even consider to social with us because they consider themselves too good for us.
