informal or snaps??

First of all, snaps are not after rush is over. Snaps are given out in the few hours after chapters get their lists and bid reveal. Don't count on that happening. It is just a small number by chapters that just miss quota. No one will know which chapters miss quota until after bids are accepted. Those that do might or might not have informal. But, with Tri Sig coming, plans for informal won't be announced for a few more weeks.
