Talk to brothers to each place you go to, don’t leave immediately after your tour, be yourself and try to find where you fit in. You’re joining a house for the guys since you’ll be spending the next 3+ years with them don’t join because of tier it’ll only make you miserable if it’s not a good fit.

make an impression, find stuff in common with a few brothers then talk to more when you get invited back for events
