rushing sororities as a sophomore

I'm rushing formally this semester as a sophomore. I was two credits short last year from rush because I dropped a class but my GPA is above a 3.5. What are the pros and cons of rushing as a sophomore? I've heard that it's easier because there are less sophomores but harder bc most sororities don't want sophomores or need the numbers.

I heard ASA and AChiO are re-rushing as sophomores... would that hurt my chances more?
