AEpi does not belong in the fourth teir. Based on how you grouped your tries, they should at least be in the 3rd teir. AEpi is such an underrated frat. Their socials are actually pretty good and their Jungle Week revival was amazing. If they play their cards right and continue to appoint the right chairs and executive board, they will definitely surprise everyone and be second teir in the next few years. They should also consider branching out to as many top teir sororitys; because even though ESA has cute and amazing girls, AEpi get criticized for not having a sorority partner (even though they do party with multiple sororitys, the lionettes and sometimes even PSU football players).
