why doesn’t anyone rank apd

Question. Why don’t any of these ranks have APD in them? Like even if they are bottom tier can someone put them in? Like ADPhi is ranked... just wondering where they are. They are the kids in the old PKT house and throw often. Thought they’d be on here but i guess not

went to a party there once, they let in massive amounts of freshmen in to the point where its laughable. Triangle doesnt even let in as many random dudes like apd
