This is completely based off of social schedule and pairings. Anyone who disagrees doesn't know what's up #truth
(Disclaimer: Findlay is falling now that Pam left. You can't rate HUB dining because it's not a real dining commons.)

Hub dining should be included because they do all the same stuff as the others. Just because its not in a residence hall doesn't make it any less of a dining commons.

Waring is debatably mid tier now. fall '16 ruined them they are just riding on an old reputation.
