best house on campus?

Who has or had the best house on campus? Genuinely curious, i went around on zone days to most of them but I wanna hear reasoning from people about it and why it is the best house for parties or generally nice looking.

I’d say a lot of the houses are really nice. I think the best looking houses are Sig Pi, Chi Phi, Acacia, AGR and D Sig

Size and best party setup: DChi and Acacia
Daylong: Sammy > anybody
AGR gets mentioned cause they have a huge attic and a sick porch
Sig Pi is nice looking but sucks for parties
DTD is huge
DU: Huge house Huge property

Sig chi has a great house
TDX’s porch is awesome
DTD isn’t in there house anymore. Not sure who is.
