agr top tier?

Hey I'm rushing and I was talking to the brothers at agr. The kids all seems awesome but they said that they're "this close to breaking into the top teir on greekrank". What does that even mean? I've never seen those site but I'm guessing this is where the rankings come out? Who makes the rankings? So many questions.

Don't worry about tiers. This is all BS. Find guys that you click with. Do not pick your house based on what you read here. It is all a bunch of people self ranking to make themselves feel "cool". Ignore it all!
