mid tier fraternities

What are some smaller mid tier fraternities out there that have a house?

These are the respectable "mid tier" frats in general order:

Phi Psi, Sig Pi, TDX, AGR

Phi who, AEPhi, Fiji, Kappa sig

Chi phi, far sig, DKE

You would have fun at any of these houses

I’m looking to rush this semester so I was just wondering which ones are also generally “smaller” in terms of brothers. I want to join one where everyone is close and I’m not just a number

Student Affairs has a scorecard that tells you # of members, GPA, etc. You should be able to find the info you want on the web at... studentaffairs.psu.edu/involvement-student-life/greek-life-p enn-state/about-community/community-scorecard

TEP just got DTD’s old house and they’re on the smaller side

One of my old roommates is in TEP. From the few times I’ve met them, if you’re looking for a comfortably small size they’re one to look at.

in my opinion (as a girl), chi phi is the best middle tier frat. they also have one of the nicest houses on campus.
