AGR isn’t that bad, like they’re fine. Maybe years ago they were on 5 but in all ranks not just the last 3, they’ve been in solid 4th tier sometimes pushing 3rd. Whatever the reason is they aren’t on 5 with Chi phi, far sig, DKE... Once the school year starts things will be more clear if anything

How have they improved tho... Still social with bottom teir sororitys, don't get bars anywhere and are ass philanthropy wise
