houses below tier 2 that are still relevant?

I had some problems with this:
Sig pi- on probo irrelevant,
DU + a sig- kicked off so irrelevant,
far sig dke and kappa sig - pretty irrelevant socially (unless you are an ophia fan)
Not all middle tier houses throw good parties - most of the other ones you mentioned do (don’t try the punch at AGR, it’s not a drink)

Ok TKE is not that low, I predict that DU will be better than Phi Psi & Phi Who, FIJI is infront of far sig, and I think Phi who is gonna drop
