which frats are really rising?
by: SeniorComment below any good frats that are improving well and on the rise at psu. With everyone getting kicked off I wanna know where people are gonna start going and what might be good. Comment good ideas below

-D chi will always be solid
-Sig Ep and ATO rising, but ATO has been risky
-AGR has been doing well
-Kappa Sig and Chi Phi both have been doing better and seem to stay out of trouble
-DKE got a lot of attention this semester but will likely go back to bottom soon once old houses come back

Eh... dke, far sig, phi who, kappa sig are forming a new middle to lower middle tier. Too many houses are getting kicked and you will see more middle/lower sororities showing up to these houses.
Tops stay top
And ato, sig ep, and acacia are now a lit tier 2
