They need to learn to present themselves in a better way or they will always remain at the bottom.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.0 I've known a couple girls from Phi Mu and they've all been some of the sweetest and most down to earth girls I've ever met, and I've never heard a mean word out of their mouths. They get a lot of crap for not being the best looking or having great social schedules, but I respect these girls for joining a sorority that get's put down all the time. I'd rather be friends with these girls who don't worry about superficial appearances than some of the girls I've met from top tier sororities.
