Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 Take a look at all the positive comments on Phi Moo's page. All of them are basically saying "No matter what everyone else says about us we are beautiful and charming". The problem is that everyone else at PSU feels the opposite. Not that ranks matter but known for being the lowest sorority.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.4 So I was at Penn State for undergrad and grad from 2008-2014. The truth is that these girls are some of the realest ones on campus. They are really fun and cute too. They have been Top Tier for awhile but there was an Experiment that most if not all of the incoming freshman had no knowledge of was to Force Rank groups and see how fast perception is changed. Some saw these ranks and took them to be true and continued to pass it along through the years. Sad but true.
