Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.8 Greek life runs the social scene on campus since there's only one underage bar. Even with that, PCs are usually pretty small at 15-25 people out of 1500+ rushes per semester. Easily top 3 most competitive greek life in the country.
