Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 It is pathetic how much they live on this site. The only reason some people might think they are top tier is because they post an insane amount, but really aren’t top tier. The are just scared that other frats with realize that they aren’t top tier and they will lose social partners. Keep an eye out for these mid tier self rankers
