Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.4 Tep is good. Tep is fun. In all seriousness, for only being here like 3 years, Tep has elevated themselves from fresh start to throwing some of the best parties, and have created a good frat. A strong pc would really boost them. Walks a pain in the knickers tho, but if you’re gonna have fun somewhere this is a good choice.
