People like to clown on them and put them in middle tier but this place is at least lower top tier at this point. They social with top sororities like theta, what more could you ask for?

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 SAE deserves to be in the top 5 ranked frats. They have one of the nicest properties on campus and use it to throw top 5 parties as well among frats. Nobody really did anything impressive on state patties, all the daylongs sucked, but SAE made up for it with a great couple socials.

If you haven’t tried out SAE yet, make sure to do so. Their house is so nice too, better than any other frat

Also have a sick yard to huck die on and play other stuff. Brotherhood is fantastic, and brothers are all chill and good looking. No place id rather me, def gonna rush next semester
