Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.8 definitely a top tier house but personally i think most of the guys are very boring. me and my friends always make the comment that they don't know how to have fun or throw a decent party.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 this frat is known for being top, and they are always fun to go to, however for being such a "top" frat they are lacking in the looks department. Every time i'm there i am confused as to why all the guys are hairy with huge beer bellys. A few are nice but most are stuck up. However most are super preppy.
