Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 These guys are the worst. Parties are generally pretty empty. If you need something they are unreliable and pigs. My friend was very drunk and i just asked if I could have a water for her and they kicked us out.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 Their a good house. Party's are fun, PHIBIZA was great. They run out of drinks sometimes but most of the time it lasts a long time. Not a bad place overall.
