Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 I hadn’t ever been to Skull before Skulloween but a couple of my friends were going so I tagged along. So fun! Music shorted out for about five minutes but other than that it was great. It Got super packed but never got too hot.

Their skulloween party was incredible line all the way out the door best party ever. Also My friend didn’t feel good and multiple brothers came up asking if she was okay and gave her water. Would 100% go here again!
