Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 I have been going to skulls for 3 years. They definitely grow a lot in size.They bring bigger and bigger pledge classes. But the old guys gradually loss control over younger guys. Just learned that one of the younger guy make one of the old guys to drop😂😂😂 Most of the older guys are very polite and nice but some of the younger kids are straight douchebags. The socials they throw keep getting worse and worse. Definitely going down as a house.

I have been going to skulls for 3 years. They definitely grow a lot in size.They bring bigger and bigger pledge classes. But the old guys gradually loss control over younger guys. The socials they throw keep getting worse and worse. Definitely going down as a house.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.9 Went here for the first time for Skulltra! Had to wait 10 minutes to get in but other than that had a great time. The house was packed but everything seemed under control. I’ll definitely be back!

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.9 sweet guys who are genuinely fun to talk to. felt super comfortable going to their parties and several guys made sure i was okay before leaving. they may not be top tier socially but this is truly one of the good ones.

Never have any good spring socials because their entire crowd is random freshman who disappear after rush and consistently lie about who their social partners are
