Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 This is a phenomenal fraternity with a great group of guys. I am always excited to see what is new with Phi Sigma Kappa because of how welcoming and nice they are to guests. The socials are some of the best I have ever been to, and even more than D Chi. This fraternity is the real deal, and one of the best in my opinion.

This is a phenomenal fraternity with a great group of guys. I am always excited to see what is new with Phi Sigma Kappa because of how welcoming and nice they are to guests.
