Kappa Alpha Psi - ΚΑΨ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.6 Meh is all I think. You'll DEFINITELY notice them around campus though. Guys who crossed one or two years ago still carry their canes EVERYWHERE - to the cafeteria, to the gym, to the bathroom, to work, to class, to the study rooms. JEEZ! We know, you're here! You have groupies, we got it! I'm still waiting for you to do something impressive for the PSU community, though...
