Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.5 Back on the scene after a few years. Give these guys some time, they will be back. They will get a house sooner than later and that will change everything. Bunch of good guys with brotherhood and leadership who just want to have a good time like the rest. Don't count them out.
