Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Competition at Penn State is very demanding for fraternities. Some resort to very classless things to tear down other chapters. The Delta Chis don't do this. Actually, they don't have to!
