Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Penn State has a lot of good fraternities. I really like the Acacias, and the Sig Chis, while very stuck up, have a lot going for them. However, the D Chis are the best all-around frat.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 I don't understand why the fraternity rankings are so uniformly low. In my opinion the D Chi's are the best, but several others deserve higher rankings than they have received. One of those that should NOT have a good ranking is Sigma Chi. Talk about arrogant, bratty little boys!
