Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.5 Super nice guys who have decent parties. Not the best frat but not the worst. Slightly above average, but even that is a stretch. Only reason why I rated so high is their innocence and low key vibes.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.5 Cute, innocent frat on PSU, which is a welcome sight. Lots of skinny white boys and they don't social much, but they did a paint party that turned alot of heads.
