1/3 rich New York party girls, 1/3 hot internationals, 1/3 social justice activist-types. You wouldn't think it would work but it does. The only sorority with a financial aid program and a great house on high street (APhi and Kappa's houses are really far from HS, Pi Phi lost theirs this year). Still by far the most sought after bid.

I just want to say one thing: KAO needs to stop telling everyone the lie that "the only reason the 'cool'' 2020 friend group chose pi phi is because they were cut from theta." That is not true, everyone who worked Panhellenic knows that. In fact, the only reason that group was slightly fractured is because one of them was cut from pi phi second round. The rest of her friends still did pi phi. The clique that went all theta had 3 of them cut from pi phi. Don't spread lies about girls' choices.

for 2019 Theta literally sucked up every bombshell girl like a vacuum cleaner. 2019 pi phi is a mixed bag. 2020 has some handful of hotties but others are more borderline because of that one 2020 friend group that went all pi phi because of the senior sister.
