Not in Pi Phi but felt the need to say: 1. They are visibly more diverse than they were two years ago 2. Kappa is overwhelmingly white (way more so than Pi Phi) and no one ever talks about that 3. I genuinely do not think anyone in Pi Phi is manipulative enough to admit "token" girls. They pick the girls they like, and girls who like Pi Phi pick them back. Pi Phi's vibe is more typical "college sorority" than others so it's no wonder they tend to get All-American types of girls. It's not based on exclusion, and I say this as woman of color (who is not in Pi Phi)

some of the girls seem to vehemently dislike theta and alpha phi which is odd considering they are all very different. there really are no rivalries, it's just people who want to make rush look more dramatic

I never heard anything about bullying. I have no stock in Pi Phi whatsoever. But they are middle tier.

Pi Phi got a lot of flack last year for things that have since improved, and they don't deserve the same this year. Far more diverse than in years past, solid sisterhood and minimal cliques, generally optimistic and easygoing attitude. Wouldn't call them stuck up at all, and if you knew anyone in Pi Phi, you wouldn't either. (And no, I'm not in Pi Phi -- I'm actually in a different sorority)
