Pi Phi is going to get the girls that they want. The peppy sororityty athletes aren't gonna care about how diverse Pi Phi is or if they don't have a house right now. I mean it's only temporary and it really doesn't matter that much. Yeah they might not be able to score some of the rich NYC girls the way they managed to do last year but most of them go to Theta anyways and the others (Leo groupies) go to Alpha Phi. Their recruitment will be fine. Hot, athletic, fun, just as always

Say what you want about Pi Phi's diversity (Theta and aphi have very little socioeconomic diversify. just saying.) but the girls in Pi Phi REALLY love each other and that is a fact. Just go to their fb page -- every time a girl has a birthday they post a photo with the sweetest most heartwarming quotes from her fellow sisters. NO other sorority does that. They are truly a family and I honestly don't think Theta and APhi can say the same. Most cohesive sorority at yale by a landslide.

As an outsider and in response to the below post, how is Pi Phi going to get a pledge class even remotely similar to the one they did last year after a) losing their house and b) having all these scandals about lack of diversity/slideshow come out?

their 2019 class definitely dipped below 2018, and class of 2020 is extremely strong (not just that one friend group i'm talking about). This upcoming recruitment is crucial vis-a-vis Alpha Phi.

SigEp hardly mixes with Pi Phi but who cares? The girls are still awesome. Best sisterhood save Kappa who is irrelevant. Most fun to mix with. They mostly mix with Sig Nu and Lake Place frats. Great mixer attendance. People have been hating lately but I think Pi Phi is top notch imo

Angry posts on Theta and APhi saying "SigEp doesn't like them" when SigEp and Theta mix at least once a month and mixes with Alpha Phi no more or less than with Pi Phi. And then a high-ranking post on Pi Phi's page. Pi Phi associates with Sig Nu and Lake Place frats... please stop lying, please stop cyberbullying, embrace the true vibe of your sorority and can we please stop discussing frats on these pages because they are truly irrelevant to sororities as a whole

Why should I care how Pi Ph recruits its members and if they use a slideshow when I can get invited to Pi Phi formal at the Q-Club and get truffle Mac and Cheese, a dessert room, attractive girls, and an open bar with an actually trained bartender? Only sororities care about this recruitment nonsense. and the number of people in sororities is nothing in relation to the size of the undergraduate population.

good sorority overall but they bragged about getting vanity for crush yet only rented out the upper level... meanwhile there were townies and old people on the actual dance floor and most people left pi phi crush by 11:30. i mean it was the first time any yale group was gonna have an event at vanity so they didn't know, and renting out the whole thing is super expensive, but yikes...
