The album that girl posted on facebook of the mixer with the BD's is a step in the RIGHT DIRECTION. Kappa is still lacking with the reputation, but they need to step it up with the filtered photo aesthetic and social media to prove their relevance. I would just tell them to work on their poses and look like ur having more fun.

as an outsider--kappas are so nice! there are benefits to being girl-next-door pretty. such as you don't go around thinking you're better than everyone else. and most of them are so smart and talented and loving, so that's where they shine.

The nicest girls you'll meet at Yale. Fun at mixers, great house, and their last pledge class has a ton of girls who are really cute and active on campus. Social media isn't super polished, but at least it's real and they actually look happy where they are.

Would say kappa is still pretty meh. like 3 or 4 juniors are great somewhat "elite" girls, but sophomores are not: 1)they literally have zero intersection with Pi Phi/Theta. none. I went through every single sophomore and they are just not friends at all. Kappa is in it's own bubble. that hurts Kappa's prestige, but obviously a tradeoff b/c it has the best sisterhood 2)they still cling to AEPi and Sig Chi and Chi Psi (bottom tier frats).Sops lack sae/sigep/signu solidarity 3)no varsity athletes

As a member of another sorority but with plenty of friends in Kappa, PLEASE can other Greek ladies stop negative ranking? It reflects poorly on all of us by making us look jealous, petty, and insecure. Kappa is a great group of girls. You talking poorly about them on a dumb website will not make Kappa worse. More importantly, your sorority is great too, so try not to be so concerned and focus on what's positive in your sisterhood. Peace and love.
