I predict the Nu taking the same hit Pi Phi took this year once this year's seniors graduate (aka last of the soccer boys pre-ban). They have High St, so it's not going to be huge, they'll still be #3, but they're missing the oomph they had in years past. Roll Nu tho.

Barely top tier, but way less problematic than SigEp or Leo, but that's also because Sig Nu is also the least exclusive/wealthy of the High St frats, way more of an athletic/fratty vibe. Very open and fun tho. A crowd favorite

Honestly such a big fan. They don't really do any more closed parties this year but the seniors in SigNu are absolutely top notch and are in some of the best societies.

Sig Nu is kinda a mess after the soccer ban. They only take non-athletes essentially + tennis and golf. Rush process is totally out of sync with the rest of the fraternities. They also give a bid to almost any guy that drinks beer. They are fun but they try too hard to be fratty. Great music. Great backyard. House is disgusting. Lacking diversity. Not at all represented well in extracurriculars. SigNu is their main extracurricular. Poor social media buzz. No club date nights. No bouncer at door.

The bottom of the top tier. SigEp, then Leo, then Sig Nu. Their ranking is so far above the other two frats on High Street because they stay out of trouble unlike the other two. Not elitist rich boys. Just hot athletes who like to have a good time
