how did we end up with a fourth tier in addition to top, middle, bottom? ive met many axo girls that id put above girls in kd, delta, sk, or aopi- pretty sure they arent low enough to need a fourth tier

Yeah what's with the extra tier? I know they're bottom tier but if you set aside their past reputation they're doing much better, definitely not that much lower than SK or KD
