Unpopular opinion but sigma kappa girls are actually really mean. Kappa delta is rising and knocking sigma kappa out of the middle spot, but their PC by no means is better than tri deltas or AXD

KD is rising? Ok... I guess there's only one direction from where they've been for the last 5 years. The thing is "what are they rising to?" Are they becoming a more popular party sorority? They already excel in grades and sisterhood. When bottom tiers claim to be rising, it sounds really stupid? Do you mean you are changing your identity?
