Nice girls. Seem to be very involved on campus recently. Negative posts seem to be because of last years theme party. Whatever that was doesn't reflect the girls I have met.

The girls that I know in phi mu are wonderful, and they are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. In regards to the mixer last spring, I think it is important to consider intent versus impact. I do not believe the girls had malicious intent at all, yet the impact was negative. Although it was unfortunate that this happened, it has prompted a conversation on Elon's campus about what is and is not acceptable. This dialogue should continue but I don't think that continuing to drag one organization through the mud is going to help move this campus in the direction of progress. Our expectations of greek orgs should remain high, and we need to call out injustices when we see them-yet I think there are other things that are more deserving of our attention and outrage today. lets encourage phi mu to join us in this, not ice them out.
