Not particularly good at recruitment but catch a lot of girls that tried for top tier. Smart, pretty, super involved, sometimes try hards. Would say they are above average compared to most others but don't have a strong reputation for being competitive for a top tier spot.

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at Elon University - EU 4.2 AXiD is still one of the best orgs on campus. People pick apart even the slightest negative thing they hear and blow it up on this site. These girls are a genuine mix of amazing women who work hard, go hard, and have a ton of friends. Is AXiD perfect, no. But it is probably the best one to be in if you don't want to be surrounded by "top tier" bs

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at Elon University - EU 2.9 Just a very average sorority. It’s odd that they are still middle tier after being average for so long. Nobody likes them really and they are seen as the tryhards/top wannabes. If only they could find their own identity im sure they would move up now that Phi Mu is crumbling.

They've been "rising" for years, but never gone anywhere. They are solid middle tier. They are debatable top tier. They are steady every year. Last year they dropped a touch.

You think they are debatable top tier? I don't know anyone that thinks that. In fact, their position in the middle is debated until people decide who cares.
