The difference is night and day in frats in the next tier ranked just above Sig pi. Consistent poor leadership and quality of members has resulted in an undesirable organization. Sororities won’t mix with them and most people do not know who they are. Im honestly not sure what the future holds.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Elon University - EU 4.5 Not a top frat by any stretch, but they've shown a lot of improvement since last year. Parties are much better recently than they have been. Solid spring class and lots of quality guys coming in the fall. New leadership shows a bright future for these guys.
