Housing sucks because theyre either horrible for parties or theyre in guam. Regardless if you get into it properly parties are a good time and the social scene is acceptable, but dont expect them to be like the south with huge chapters. If youre in it for the college party scene stick to the top teir orgs, not the smaller local ones.
